Uh, hey, weird demon shadow thing. Y'got a name, or...

The creature pauses, as if considering, then slowly raises a claw. Perhaps a friendly gesture?

The sudden brightness immediately angers the creature, and it whirls on Ark with its raised claw. The shadow being makes an ineffective claw swipe and unleashes a mighty roar.

But before it can unleashed the charged energy in its maw…

The creature, more angry than ever, unleashes its ire at the prime instead.

Destino jumps back in time, but the heat is intense even at range. The creature means business, and Ark readies another Flash. The beast charges for a second blast, but…

The creature seems rather surprised, enough to stop its attack altogether. It seems particularly fixed on Kutsuki as though it had only just noticed them, eyes wide and almost… curious?

But suddenly, a surprise attack!

The burrito almost seems to phase clean through the surprised creature, followed by a splat that sounds exactly like a burrito hitting the floor.

The shadowy creature seems frozen, and no sound comes from it for a moment. Then, without any movement from the beast, there comes a sniff from where the burrito sounds like it landed. Followed by biting and chewing. The beast still doesn’t move. The chewing stops after a moment, and the creature sits on its haunches.

”Okay, I’ve had my fun,” says a voice, seeming to come from the creature but sounding far too small. “You all don’t seem too bad. You can come in. No humans though!”

And with no flourish, the creature begins to disappear into thin air.

Would you like to try Ark and Occa for the crackship?

This combo made some fascinating designs! Liechi is very empty-minded like Occa, lazily floating about as he goes about his life. Of course, he does have his serious moments, but outside of that, he takes life like a leisurely float down a river. Colbur, on the other hand, is always vigilant about what she does and how she acts, trying to impress people as to not seem unassuming as most Orinatan Mareep are. Here's an interesting fact: Since both of them gained gems where this species would usually have spots... Females have two spots on their belly, while males have three! This gender difference carries through all evolutions.

You're free to take these two beans if you so please! If you intend to have Colbur evolve [or Liechi to achieve some form of 'evolution'], shoot me a DM and I'll send you the evolutions of the Orinatan Mareep.

Lief was silent for some moments, save a weak hiccup or two. He looked between them all with a funny glance, his eyes somewhat narrowed. His ears stood a little more upright than before, and his antennae twitched here and there, perking up before drooping back again.

He still wasn't sure he understood it, and he became lost in thought trying to understand this.

Destino's apparent interest in him caught his attention more than what they had to say; for someone that hated Fairy-type Pokemon, the Absol clearly had no issue trying to rouse a reaction out of one.

Rimi's story felt more to him like she indirectly called him a bully; but her suggesting that it didn't have to be so took some edge off her otherwise expressing her dislike towards him.

That's to say nothing about Sirius still being here, and him having came over to apologize? To him?

But for once, ever since the start of the spiral, he somewhat looked like he was actually listening.

Lief: "And I'm supposed to believe you're all suddenly interested in my well-being…?"

Which meant he had words to say about it.

Lief: "B-because. I really don't believe any of you… but my head hurts. A-and this floor is cold."

He eyed Sirius' extended paw, and merely stared at it at first.

Under such circumstances, he really would've just moved away. Or make them leave, or otherwise decline their help. He couldn't just do the former, unsurprisingly; and he didn't feel like going through with the latter.

He'd reluctantly complied, after a long and awkward pause, saying:

Lief: "Lying here in the filth is probably the only reason I haven't threw up yet... but whatever. Here goes."

Before raising a paw to take hold of it.

If "take hold of it" actually meant "struggle to lift his arm from the floor and proceed to miss his every attempt to grab it".

His stomach loudly gurgled, and he cringed. His expression looked more pained as he gulped down what nearly came back up, but he still reached for Sirius.

Lief: "Creator of gods..."

With another loud and uncomfortable hiccup, Lief shambled over to the pile of blankets and pillows he noticed Fay hanging around before. He slowly and awkwardly began trying to pile them on top of each other.

He either didn't understand what a blanket fort was, or was too drunk to do so properly.

He turned to face Ark as eagerly as he could. To the average observer, he looked like he nearly tripped over himself.

Lief: "I'm no F-Flying-type, but if you think I can... if... you think I can... c-can... can't. Can't keep up with one? Y-you're wrong. I'll even-"

He paused to hiccup. His wings fluttered open in a jittery manner.

Lief: "I'll even... race you out there. R-right... right now!"

Upon the word "now", he attempted to take off.

He instead fell flat on his face. Very much like a cat that fumbled its jump and fell straight to the ground.

Lief: "Ow."

It'd take several attempts for him to stand back up on his two feet.

Lief: "Ok, on... on second thought. Maybe that's enough Truth or D-dare. Clearly I'm t-t-too-"

Another hiccup. He shuddered painfully.

Lief: "Ugh... old for this."

[ He is no longer accepting Truth or Dare asks. He now reeks of wine, is even more drunk... and he's still in a maid outfit. ]
